WHO WE ARE.... The Corps' fundraising occurs at its four yearly meetings, held Friday night of each Virginia Jaycees' state meeting. Fundraising is primarily in the form of fines, levied by the Corps' chief executive officer, the Supreme Commander, who wields absolute, unquestioned power at Corps meetings. Colonels of the Corps who have violated Corps protocol or who have otherwise infuriated the Supreme Commander are held financially accountable for their misdeeds. And yet, they keep lining up to get into the meetings, knowing they're going to be subjected to verbal abuse while having their pockets picked clean by roving packs of jackals known as Sergeants-at-Arms.
